Leftists always display a lack of class and ethics. They scream and yelp like little dogs about morality, free speech, respect for the law and individuals and empathetic understanding. They of course believe in the opposite. Their actions, like those of Muslim extremists and fascists, are far more important than rhetoric. The Prophet Obamed for instance, displays all of the features which makes statism and left-wing ideologues so hypocritical and in the end so obnoxiously dangerous.
Myth 1: Respect for others:
The Prophet's cult or party, like all Statist supporters, has always engaged in ad hominem and disparaging remarks targeted at individuals, not facts or details. Statists and Marxists relentlessly ridicule Jews and Christians for example, or anyone who has a 'faith' other than Muslims – even though 80% of Jews vote left wing in modern elections, and at least half of Christians including a plurality of Catholics do the same. Disagree with a Statist true believer ? Ideas and reality are not debated - just names are called. Perjoratives such as conservative, fascist and racist are especially prized amongst the infantile Left. Whites are a favorite target of statists being blamed for everything from genocide, to economic downturns, to all the crimes of recorded history. Such adolescence is deemed 'progressive'.
In reality there is little respect for anything in the Left's program.
Myth 2: Respect for individuals:
The Left's entire existence is a war against individuality and by extension the family. The state must assume total control. Pace Clinton and the Prophet, it is only the state which can guarantee equality of outcomes and complete security – as if these are the twin purposes of a society. Individuals matter not to people like the Prophet Obamed. All statists and supporters of Hegelian dynamics eschew and ignore the individual, believing that they and families not only need to be destroyed, but that great impersonal forces, managed by themselves, will anyways take care of historical outcomes.
Myth 3: Racially agnostic
In the current post-modern world, racism is vital to the Left's survival. Minorities, non-whites and aggrieved parties are coveted to support the ideal of a wondrous and all powerful state. Whites, Jews, capital owners, and anyone who has any pride in Western history is to be condemned. All actions by these groups are imputed to be racist in origination and racist in design. The Left is transfixed by racism – reverse racism that is.
Myth 4: Freedom
Modern statists could care less about natural law, or natural rights. Freedom of speech is increasingly viewed by the fanatical Left as a paen to hate mongering. Only state approved speech, appeasing multi-cult sensibilities and posturing should be allowed. Differing viewpoints are to be shouted down and violently suppressed. The world of one party rule is the political goal of all Leftist groups.
Myth 5: Supporting Truth
Fascists and socialists share much in common – especially the ability to lie. All events are recast to support the Left's distorted world view. News, education and political propaganda are ceaseless. The Left truly desires the replacement of reality with a brave new utopian world centered around feelings, emotions and obedience to the ruling elite. To achieve this, lies along Hitlerite or Stalinist lines are mandatory, including the ridiculous re-writing of history by 'academics' or people with nothing important to do but make themselves feel important.
Myth 6: Belief in the law
Fascists and socialists could care less about the law. Constitutions and legal procedures are living creatures, they intone, subject to change. Judicial activism is a major platform strategy for Leftists so they can reorganise society under the guise of 'law'. The reality is that judicial activism, and state interference distort existing laws and constitutions and lead inexorably to a system of arbitrary justice and political legal preference. The one rule of law as it were, replaced by state choice.
Myth 7: Rationality
Leftists are totally irrational. They hate the modern world, individuals, markets and science. Globaloney Warming or Cooling, nationalisations, the UN, support of terror, hatred of Israel and Jews, all these are examples of a deranged, psychotic complex. There is no rational reason for any of it other than the mere fact that such attitudes and support of anti-humanistic ideals helps socialists and statists regulate, tax and control society. The Left will always condemn anything which will curb or stop state power.
In short Left wing ideologies including statism, fascism, socialism and environmentalism are vicious, empty, irrational, paganistic programs designed to eradicate the individual and free-will. They have nothing to do with love, mother earth, the children's future, or a better world. They are attitudes and belief systems designed to impose an Orientalist-despotism on unsuspecting innocents. The entire history of freedom and modern development has been a war against such immoral ideologies.
Today with Islam, modern 'democratic' socialism, massive welfare statism, and eco-fascism, it appears that those who covet freedom are on the cusp of extinction.
